At Main Street RMT & Wellness Clinic, we are 100% committed to helping you achieve your goals. Our team goes above and beyond by providing excellent service and quality treatment. However, to help us assist you better, we ask that you share the same level of commitment.

 

To ensure your goals are being met, we have updated our cancellation policy to enable us to schedule your regular appointments at preferred times and deliver a consistent level of care.

 

We genuinely care about your quality of life and getting you better, but understand that things do come up. Nevertheless, the more appointments are canceled, the longer it may take and the more money it will cost to improve.

 

As such, all missed appointments/"no-shows" or late cancellations made within 24 hrs of a scheduled appointment will result in a full treatment fee. We do not want to charge this fee to anyone, so we hope we won't have to clearly state our expectations.
