Sunny is an experienced Registered Massage Therapist with more than 10 years of hands-on practice. Her experience has given her a strong understanding of how muscular tension, repetitive physical demands, and everyday stress can present differently from one person to another.

She is particularly comfortable working with patients who prefer a focused, therapeutic treatment, including those experiencing persistent muscle tension, stiffness, and areas that require more targeted hands-on work. Her treatments may incorporate deep tissue and myofascial techniques, with pressure and approach adjusted according to the patient's needs, comfort, and treatment goals.

Sunny also has training in reflexology and prenatal and postnatal massage, allowing her to adapt treatment for patients at different stages of life and with different reasons for seeking care.

Rather than following the same routine for every appointment, Sunny pays attention to how the body responds during treatment and adjusts her approach accordingly. Her goal is to provide treatment that feels purposeful and individualized while maintaining a comfortable and supportive environment.
