Shannyn Cui
Clinic Director and Founder
RMT
Shannyn is the Founder and Clinic Director of Main Street RMT & Wellness Clinic.
Her experience began in direct patient care, working one-on-one with patients across different clinical settings. Over time, she saw a recurring problem: patients were often receiving good care, but that care existed in separate pieces. Massage therapy, physiotherapy, acupuncture, chiropractic care, and other services could each help, yet patients were often left to figure out on their own what they needed and where to go next.
Main Street RMT & Wellness Clinic grew from a different idea — that patients should be able to access different forms of care within one team, while still being treated as individuals rather than being moved through a standardized process.
That philosophy continues to shape how Shannyn leads the clinic today. Her focus is on building a strong multidisciplinary team, maintaining high standards of patient care, and creating an environment where practitioners can collaborate when appropriate while respecting the scope and expertise of each profession.
She believes good healthcare does not always mean doing more. Sometimes it means listening more carefully, understanding the larger picture, and helping a patient find the right next step.
