Roy Yanming He
Registered Massage Therapist
RMT
Roy is a Registered Massage Therapist who brings a thoughtful, attentive, and patient-centred approach to care. He completed his massage therapy education and clinical training at the Ontario College of Technology and became registered as an RMT in Ontario in September 2026.
During his clinical training, Roy gained hands-on experience in massage therapy assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic techniques while working with patients presenting with a variety of musculoskeletal concerns. He approaches each appointment individually, taking time to understand what the patient is experiencing and adapting treatment based on assessment findings, comfort, and treatment goals.
Before entering massage therapy, Roy spent more than eight years working in real estate, where much of his work centred on listening carefully, understanding individual needs, solving problems, and building trust with people from many different backgrounds. Those skills continue to shape the way he communicates with patients and approaches professional care.
As a newer RMT, Roy is committed to continuing to develop his clinical skills while providing safe, respectful, and individualized treatment. He values clear communication and believes patients should feel comfortable asking questions and being involved in decisions about their care.
At Main Street RMT & Wellness Clinic, Roy works as part of the multidisciplinary team and provides massage therapy based on each patient's individual presentation, needs, and goals.
